Lo obtuve en 2013, pero ya trabajaba con un n\u00famero de Seguro Social falso que recib\u00ed de ni\u00f1o. Ahora tengo formularios W-2 emitidos tanto con el n\u00famero de Seguro Social falso como con el nuevo n\u00famero de autorizaci\u00f3n de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo informo esto en la declaraci\u00f3n de impuestos, ya que habr\u00e1 2 n\u00fameros de SSN diferentes en los formularios W-2?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Respuesta:<\/strong> Utilice su SSN legal en la declaraci\u00f3n de impuestos y luego ingrese cada\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.irs.gov\/uac\/Form-W-2,-Wage-and-Tax-Statement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Formulario W-2<\/a>\u00a0exactamente como aparece.<\/p>\n<p>El IRS permite una falta de coincidencia cuando el SSN en el W-2 no coincide con el\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.irs.gov\/Individuals\/General-ITIN-Information\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>ITIN<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0en la declaraci\u00f3n de impuestos.
