He vivido en Estados Unidos desde peque\u00f1o. Por recomendaci\u00f3n de un abogado, regres\u00e9 a M\u00e9xico en agosto de 2014 para quedarme un a\u00f1o y as\u00ed obtener mi estatus legal en Estados Unidos. He presentado declaraciones de ingresos desde los 18 a\u00f1os. Considero que Louisville, Kentucky, es mi base imponible. Tengo n\u00famero de identificaci\u00f3n fiscal (ITIN). \u00bfQu\u00e9 parte, si corresponde, de mis gastos de viaje a M\u00e9xico son deducibles?<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPUESTA:<\/strong> Ninguno de sus gastos de viaje ser\u00eda deducible. Su mudanza o visita a M\u00e9xico fue claramente personal, no de negocios. No puede deducir los gastos de mudanza que no est\u00e9n relacionados con su trabajo.
