El cr\u00e9dito fiscal es de 70% de los primeros $10,000 en salarios por empleado para el primer (<strong>1\u00ba<\/strong>), segundo (<strong>2\u00ba<\/strong>) y tercero (<strong>3\u00ba<\/strong>) trimestres calendario del a\u00f1o 2021. Esto significa que el cr\u00e9dito vale hasta $7,000 por trimestre y hasta $21,000 por a\u00f1o, por cada empleado. <\/p>\n<p>Debido a la terminaci\u00f3n del cr\u00e9dito de retenci\u00f3n de empleados por salarios pagados en el cuarto (<strong>4\u00ba<\/strong>) trimestre calendario de 2021, los empleadores que no sean empresas emergentes en recuperaci\u00f3n no tienen derecho al cr\u00e9dito de retenci\u00f3n de empleados por salarios pagados a partir del cuarto (<strong>4\u00ba<\/strong>) trimestre calendario del a\u00f1o 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Una empresa emergente en recuperaci\u00f3n es elegible para el cr\u00e9dito de retenci\u00f3n de empleados por salarios calificados pagados en el tercer (<strong>3\u00ba<\/strong>) y cuarto (<strong>4\u00ba<\/strong>) trimestres calendario de 2021.
