  • Analyze financial statements and advise on appropriate formatting and disclosures.
  • Review XBRL outlines to make sure they conform to Edgar Filer Manual rules, which encompasses iXBRL and IFRS
  • Handle reporting requirements in both US GAAP and IFRS
  • Review all XBRL validation messages and update any Data Quality (DQC) Errors to ensure quality filing.
  • Incorporates revision request and submit validated files to the SEC.
