1. 1. Purpose of the Consultation:

   • During this call, we will discuss your facts and I will explain the likely tax treatment and which filings typically apply, plus recommended next steps
   • It does not include document review, form-by-form instructions, or assistance completing tax forms. If you need preparation/filing support or detailed form completion guidance, that will be handled under a separate engagement.
   • To keep the session aligned with the consultation scope, if the discussion turns into document review, step-by-step form completion, or preparation/filing work, I’ll end the call and refund your booking fee in full.

2. 2. Financial Terms:

   • The fee paid for this consultation covers the advisory time during the scheduled session only and is separate from any other services you may later engage our firm to provide.
   • The consultation fee is not a deposit and will not be applied as a credit or discount toward any other services or future engagements with our firm.
